NT 4.0

I have two BDCs in the domain. One of them we will be taking off line. But before doing so we will migrate all the data and shares to the new BDC. Right now both of them have different computer names. We will be interchanging the names between the two. Will this have any problems? How about login scripts and users access to new server once it is online. Old BDC is having 4 drives and new one has RAID 5.
