NT 4.0 Installation

Gentlemen,
I’m new to NT 4.0 and wolud like to install on my computer, ASUS P5A, AMD 450 K3 96mb, 10gb Fujitsu ide hd. I start the install from the i386 dir. using winnt command. During the install I receive a message that reads; Setup can not find hard disk partition prepared by ms-dos portion of setup. When you run ms-dos for setup NT program you must specify a temp drive.
I set the drive in bios as user and auto and formatted both times before loading and still get same message. I ran 95,98 and ME on unit, so I have a good drive. Your assistance is deeply appreciated.strittmatterr@panasonic.com or box_er@msn.com on weekends and evenings
