NT 4.0 system policies & Windows 2K clie

We are predominantly an NT4.0 domain. Recently, I have put together user based system policies on the NT4.0 PDC to change users’ wallpapers to promote our new shows and events. I tested it by logging on from NT4.0 Workstations and it worked.
However, our laptop users are using Win2K Professional. The system policy settings for changing the wallpaper don’t seem to work when users log on from their Win2K laptops.
Pls help.
