NT Server v.4 Auto-Scheduled shutdown

I would like to get my NT server to reboot themselves every Monday at like 5:00 am. I know I can use Shutdown.exe from the resource kit. But, I need to know the correct syntax and where I put this text (into a logon script or batch file)? I thinkit’s something like:
at 5:00 /every:su c:\winnt\shutdown.exe /y /r

Please help!
