NT User Logon Control on Windows 2000

I heard that it is possible in Windows 2000 to control the time, when user is allowed to log in the system. For instance ? I would like user to be able to access workstation between 8 AM and 6 PM, after 6 PM and before 8 AM when user is trying to log in ? I want the system to say something like ? ?I don?t know you?, etc. I was looking around in User management and I did not see this feature. Does anyone know ? where can I find it and how can I do it?
