NT User

How can I get rid of the following “ERROR MESSAGE” when I open up OUTLOOK EXPRESS.

“cannot delete NT USER as it it is being used by another operator or programme”

I do not want to remove it, but I do not want it to keep appearing when I open up OUTLOOK EXPRESS.
