NT w/station 4.0 and Outlook 97

I have a workstation with NT 4.0 and Outlook 97 on it. When Outlook is open and viewing the “In-Box”, the user clicks the address book to look for his list of “Contacts” but nothing shows up. If the user uses the Outlook toolbar to view “Contacts”, they all show up like normal.
