NT4 – Installation of .SYS Tape Drive Dr

I download from HP a drvncdb.sys to install on my NT4. I goto the control panel-tape drives-add and it prompts me to find an .INF file. How do I install the .SYS driver so that it will see the tape drive and be able to use it under NT?
