NT4.0 User Manager

For some reason I can no longer see the groups section of my User Manager screen in NT 4.0 server. It shows the users on the top, and on the bottom it says groups, it just doesn’t show them underneath. It almost looks like the screen needs to be enlarged, but it can’t be.
Anyone have any idea on how to get it back??
