NT4.0/Windows 2000 user profile

First of all, can someone tell me is the NT4.0/Windows2000 user profile can be define as same as the Novell Netware logon script?
Can I do the editing inside my user profile to each of my user seperately so that when they logon to a share machine(exp. 5 user share 1 PC), they just can access and see the setting which I had set accordingly to their user name only?
