NTUSER.dat is not updating

Hello Everyone
I have a big problem with roaming profiles. What I mean?
There a few users in the network that are receiving the following message while they log in: ” your roaming profile is newer then your local store profile. Do you want to useyour local store profile? YES or NO”.
Note that all users in my network are using the same user policies and same profiles.
I changed another PC, changed another patch cords but not luck.
Do anyone know how can I find a solution to this problem? I will appreciate any help.
