NTWS/SVR and School Lab Security

I have asked a few questions, and received a few answers on this subject, none are suited for a SCHOOL LAB ENVIRONMENT. What I would like to do is:
1. Lockdown workstations – no installing of games/programs.
2. Have the desktop look the way I want: Office toolbar, IE5, my comp, recycle bin, net neighborhood only.
3. NO personalized settings running on every logon
4. IE5 bookmarks same on every PC
5. No profiles cached on local PC
Please DO NOT point me to MS policies & Profiles whitepaper. Just point me to
any books, websites or articles, please.
I am using mandatory profiles, but these few things are beating me up.
