Number of total email’s hitting exchange

I recently activated Intelligent Message Filter on Exchange 03 at one of my client sites and they are wondering what percentage of messages have been blocked. I know how many have been blocked, but I have no idea how many total have come in. Does anyone know how I can get this information??
