Number of women entering the Trash Collection field remains unchanged!

This is insane. Trash collection appears to STILL be a male-DOMINATED industry. It’s all about Misogyny. How are we going to fix this??

I hear stories all the time about some women, how they feel they have to prove themselves. How they had to be able to lift that 100Gal. super-duty trash can over their heads just to get some respect. How they had to SWEAT trash before they could be counted as “one of the guys.”

Forget about those high-paying positions in the white collar arenas where people think it’s easy money! Discuss your horrendous experiences trying to get a job in this field or any other working class job!
