OCR software to Excel

Could anyone recommend me an OCR software to perform the following tasks;

1) To be able to scan a hardcopy chart into Excel
2) To be able to scan in a standard table form with handwritten data in it into excel for editing.
3) To be able to extract remarks and information (text) from a drawing in PDF to Excel.
