Off site management solution needed

Hello,

One of the things that our company does is act as an off site system administrator for our clients. What we are looking for is the best & not overly costly solution to remotely connect to them. We are using PC Anywhere in some cases, but I’m not sure that this is the best solution or the cheapest.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
