Office 2000 service release 1a

I’m trying to load the Office 2000 service release 1a on several NT 4.0 workstations. Everything loads smoothly from the source files and the Office 2000 CD’s. The error: cannot find file C:\temp\ixp000.tmp\setup.exe halts the installation. Does anyone have any tips to resolve this problem?
