office 2003 deployment

We are going to be moving to windows xp and office 2003 on half our workstations they were bought with this config then rolled back to 2000/2000 until are apps were xp ready. We want to create an image to deploy but each PC needs its office key entered, sysprep allows this to be done for xp on he mini install. However once installed office 2003 won’t let you change the key before activation. We really don’t want to install office one by one on these machines.
