Office 2003 for the visually impaired

Is there a program or a central point in MS Office 2003 that the font default font can be changed to a larger size. I have found many different places to change the font size the biggest problem’s are still in Outlook in the recieved e-mails some of the email can be cahnged but not all. This person is visually impiared and needs all fonts in all office to default to a larger point. I would like to know if there is just 1 place I can go to accomplish this.
