Office 97 toolbar icons open with quickv

For some odd reason, a few of my users running Office 97 on windows nt4 with sp6 cannot get the “office toolbar” to open their programs correctly. Instead of opening the particular application, it opens a “Quickview” window. How do I make it stop this and open the applications themselves? I’ve tried deleting the shortcuts and creating new ones for the toolbar, but it still occurs. Anyone run accross this before? Can you help?
