Office Communicator 2005

Hi Guys I have installed office com on 20 of my users machines and registered the users 19 are working fine I only have one client thats username and password does not want to authenticate and thus can’t sign up communicator I re-installed aswell as reregistered user still no luck. You’re help woll be appreciated tx.
