Office Live Meeting

One of my client user has encountered a strange issue with Office live Meeting. His laptop was built from scratch.When he sets up a meeting ideally the meeting id appears on the invite for some strange reason this doesn’t happen in his case,even the join meeting link does not work. But when Outlook is restarted the meeting id reappears from nowhere and join meeting link starts working. Not sure what happens in the background.I have repaired live meeting console i have updated MS KB article hot fix still no luck.Please help
