Office Updates After Applying SP2

I cannot do Office updates after applying Microsoft’s SP2. I get the error that “I do not have administrative rights, or I am missing .MSP files from previous updates” Microsoft will not asssist in this, considers it an “Office problem” & Office expects payment for service. Any ideas on this isssue? Thanks!!!!!!
