officescan 5.02

Hi

I’ve recently installed officescan corporate 5.02 at a client of ours, when I try to manually update the virus definitions it gives the error “http connect failed”, I’ve researched this on the net, and came across two knowledge base articles from trend, I have followed these exactly and still get the same error. There is no proxy server in this situation. Has anyone come across this before, if so how did you fix it?
