Offsite Backup Solutions

I need to backup everything offsite because i’m tired of rotating tapes and well like most admins, i’m lazy 😉 i found www.olivelabs.com it does backups of my exchange, files, sql and system state and can do quite a bit more… i’m wondering what everyone else is doing
