Offsite Tape Storage

My company has been using a HUGE document/media storage company that shall remain unnamed and we are very disappointed in the service we are receiving from them. Does anyone out there know of any companies in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area that might better serve us? I don’t know of any other national companies since this one has pretty much been the standard around here. Any suggestions would be helpful.
