One wireless NIC, office and home networks

I have a laptop with a built in 802.11g NIC. I connect to my office domain and my home domain using this card. Currently I boot my laptop and go to the system properties and change the domain, depending on my location. Can this type of process be handled with the use of hardware profiles?

both networks use DHCP and the same encryption methods, but different domain names and wireless SSID’s.
