Onsite PC repair Business startup

by rlokur . Updated 22 years ago

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering after a long time in job hunting as Computer Technician how one can instead look into getting self employed by fixing other people’s PCs. My first question is, what does it really take to start a personal onsite PC repair or support for other people’s PCs? Second, does one need to have special softwares, tools etc? I just need someone who is doing this kind of business to help me here if you can be so generous or anyone with brillian ideas all the same. I just need answers based on specific things like what one needs before hand to start this kind of business. Answers in 1, 2, 3 format will be so helpful when answering this question. My appreciation to anyone providing answers to this request.

Thank you.

Richard
