Open an Access from from data in an Excel Spreadsheet

I have a copy of MS Access running and a particluar form open.
I need to be able to link a cell in Excel which will link back to change the record on the access form.
e.g. Client Account Data open on an Access form.
List of Client Accounts in a Spreadsheet.
Click (or double click) on the Excel Client account and the Access form selects this new Client Record.
Possible?
