Open word document in Access form

I am using Access 2003 for a database of candidates. I also have all the application forms in a folder directory. I wish to make a form so a scorer can step through the candidates and grade the application (db field on the form. I want the scorer to see the details of the candidate in form as well as a section that contains the application form.

I cant seem to get word to open in a form, is their a way to do this or do I need a Active X component?
