OpenVPN on Windows 2003 SBS

OpenVPN client fails on Windows 2003 SBS with error “FlushIpNetTable failed on interface”.

I am sure this is related to the fact that openvpn.exe has administrator running as a restricted user when you go to “run as”.

OpenVPN is started from the client.ovpn file rather that the .exe so there is no “run as” for this file.

Where can I change this so the administrator can run the openvpn.exe with full admin rights rather than restricted rights?
