Operating w/o a license

I have spent 8 years learning on the job. My experience has been in learning various software applications some TCP/IP, FTP a little networking support,software installation and a one man show for helpdesk support. I have no formal training or education in the field.
I decided to get my bachelors degree in Business Management to make me more well rounded in management. Now it hard to apply for jobs because I don’t know where I fit! I’m a risk in both fields. Any suggestions?
