Oracle 8 and Windows 2003 Server

I installed Windows 2003 Standard Server. After that All softwares also we installed. But Oracle Service is not starting automatically. We can start manually. If you are checking the Services, it is showing “starting” only.
I checked Microsoft site.No support currently.
Fast response is appreciated.
