Oracle iSupport for helpdesk application

Hello,

I am inquiring to see if anyone has had experience implementing or using Oracle’s iSupport help desk application.

My company is in the process of trying to implement this applications. Needless to say — it has been been a challenge (and still is).

So I would here from others regarding Oracle iSupport experiences.

Why Oracle iSupport — looking for the All in One Solution.
