We have used the out of office assistant to forward all incoming e-mails to an aol e-mail address and to copy these messages in the client’s inbox. problem is, although we get the out of office message when sending e-mails internally, the e-mail is not being forward to the aol account. In addition, e-mails sent outside our network are not being forward nor are they receiving an out of office message.
we would like all incoming e-mails both internal and external to be forwarded to an aol email account.
We use exchange and have a proxy server.
