Out of office not turning off

Hi,

User had out of office on and mean while he opened outlook few times, so got prompted if he wants to turn off out of office and he selected “No”.

Now user is back in the office and when he opened outlook, he didn’t get a prompt to turn off Out of Office and when he tried to access “Out of office assistant…” got the error msg “The command is not available. See the program documentation about how to user this extension”. So, user can’t turn it off.

any suggestion?
