Outgoing Faxes SBS 2003 to Outlook

We have all our incoming faxes directed to an outlook inbox through SBS 2003.

We would like to send a copy of all outgoing faxes to the Sent Items in outlook for filing along with emails, preferably taking the subject line from the fax cover page and showing in the email as the subject line.

Is this possible??
