Outlook 03 to 07 migration across computers!!!

I have to transfer email and account settings from an older computer with Outlook 03 to a new computer with Outlook 07 and would like step-by-step instruction on how to do this without losing anything! I will also be setting up google uploader with this outlook account, once migrated and am a novice – not sure where or how to start. Any suggestions?
