Outlook 2000 e-mail transfer

I have to transfer ~300 e-mails from one mailbox on one pc to another mailbox on a different pc. Both are running outlook 2000 and have Japanese OS etc on them. Any ideas on what is the best, easiest and quickest way to transfer all 300 e-mails in one go.
