Outlook 2000, not recieving all emails?

Why would a user receive some but not all emails. Keep in mind that these are normal everyday emails from within our organization from the same users. This person is the only one complaining about this. We are using NT server, Exchange 5.5, Windows 2000 pro for the desktop. Is something setup wrong in her outlook?
