Outlook 2000 Sending Email over and over again

I have a user that recently suffered a corrupt PST file. Email were getting stuck in their Outboox. The emails were going but they stayed in the Outbox and therefore constantly being sent. I have re-created a new PST file and copied over the contents of their inbox and sent items. No mails appearing in their Outbox but one of the test messages that I sent is still being sent?? Ideas/Comments/Suggestions??
