Outlook 2003

I would like help to write a macro in Outlook that will, attach an email item to a blank email based on a specific word.

For example, if I get an email with the word Carpet in the subject line, I want to be able to run a macro that would attached the “Carpet” email as an Item to a blank email and forward the email to another person. I want to use the “run a script” option in rules, but I am having trouble writing the script.

Can anyone help or suggest a script that I can tailor to our needs?
