Outlook 2003

I have contacts in my address book(I am using Exchange 2003), but when i open a new e-mail, click address book, i got all the global address book but not my contacts on my personal address book, if i click on Contacts, properties,outlook address book,all those options are inactive(show this folder as an e-mail address book)
