outlook 2003

I have a user upgraded to outlook 2003 , When he creates an e-mail, he wants to print it out before sending it. However when he does this the “TO” , “FROM” and “SUBJECT” fields do not print out .I know the workaround is to let him print out the e-amil after he sends it from his “sent Items” however his preference is to send it before sending , any ideas ?
