Outlook 2003

Running XP Pro SP4.

From within the body of a valid/safe email, we are unable to click on the “link” or “click here” without an error message.

The message reads as follows:

This Operation ahs been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

User permissions have always been set to Administrator.

Please help!
