Outlook 2003 Address Book Issue

Hi all,

I have a user that is having an odd problem with her Outlook. She states that she has deleted users from her address book & it is showing that they are removed. However, Outlook is still attempting to send mail to a user that has been removed.

Also, she has a user in her address book but is not recieving the mail when attempting to send.

What steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
