Outlook 2003 Auto Reply Loop

I set up a rule to reply when a an email comes in with a certain word in the subject line. I have it replying with a specified document. The problem is when i do apply to messages already in folder the message is sent to FROM(customer) and TO (my address)which severly limits the total amount of outgoing emails i can put out. Half of my daily total gets looped back to me. I need to take my address out of the equation!!! PLEASE HELP
