Outlook 2003 – Email Folders

HI, I like most people have a complete list of folders which I use all year round, but there are times when I wish I could “empty the entire structure” so that I can start again. In other words, on a give date, archive the old emails, but keep the structure so I can start the year new with empty folders, and not have to reconstruct the structute. Does anyone have an idea how I can do this? Thanks in advance.
