Outlook 2003 error

we have recently created some new AD accounts and Exchange mailboxes for two users. when we installed outlook on their machines and set their profiles up we keep on getting the error

“Can not open log file. Log level set to NONE. Change log file in preferences menu.”

it soesnt stop them from working but it is annoying having it pop up everytime they open Outlook. does anyone know why this keeps appearing?
