Outlook 2003 Error

I have a user sending an email from Outlook and receives a MS Word error: “Unspecified Error”. The email is in HTML format and there is a PDF attached. She is using Office 2003. I changed the format to Rich Text and the email transmitted normally, but for whatever reason, the company has to send emails in HTML. Nothing of substance in the Event Viewer.

Any ideas?
